4. Cookies and tracking technologies
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. We use:
- Necessary cookies, without consent: your language preference, the memory of your consent choice (12 months) and site security.
- Google Analytics, to measure audience, with your consent. Until you accept, no analytics cookie is set, but Google Analytics may receive technical signals without a cookie or persistent identifier.
- HubSpot (forms, chat, visit tracking and customer relationship management), loaded only after you consent.
- Cloudflare, for site security and performance, and Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google’s servers to display fonts.
These technologies may be used to track your browsing. You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time: change my choice. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you (hosting, HubSpot, Google, Cloudflare), for the purposes described above and to the extent necessary, or when required by law.
6. Information transferred outside Quebec
Some of these providers may process or store information outside Quebec, notably in the United States. Before any transfer, we make sure the information will receive adequate protection, in accordance with the law.
7. Retention and destruction
We keep your information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, then we destroy or anonymize it.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or loss, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS), an application firewall and restricted access to information.
9. Confidentiality incidents
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the persons concerned, and we keep a register of incidents.
10. Your rights
You can request access to your personal information, its correction, or withdraw your consent to its use. You can also ask to receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format. Write to us at [email protected]: we respond within 30 days.
